 WORK HISTORY – 1994 – PRESENT – CRM Consultants, Inc. – Founder, President.  Provide consulting in Records and Information Management to business in the Atlanta Business Community.  Recent clients include Renewal & Crisis Management,  Bank of America Specialty Lending, Nations Credit, Star Enterprises (Texaco), State of Georgia Department of Family and Child Services, Carrollton Ear, Nose & Throat.

 1994-1996 – Director of Records and Information Management Services for Coleman American Moving Services based in Dothan, Alabama.  Duties included delivery of all administrative services in support of records storage and information management for clients of Coleman American Records Services Division of CAMS. 

 1992-1994 – Records Manager for Arnall, Golden & Gregory, and Atlanta based law firm.  Duties included direction of the law firms Records Management Department.

 1984-1992 – Records Manager for Decatur Federal Savings & Loan Association.  Duties included control of administrative functions for the Records Management Department for Decatur Federal. 

 1980-1984 – Records Manager for Massachusetts Indemnity and Life Insurance Company.  Duties included delivery of all administrative services for a department of more than 60 employees working two shifts.  Also developed software for rapid and controlled retrieval of microfiche records.

 1977 – 1980 – Manager, R&S Home and Auto Stores, Union, New Jersey.  This position included overall management of a retail home and auto store in a large metropolitan area outside Newark, NJ. 

 1973-1977 – Founded and operated a private corporation in Gwinnett County, the county’s first Kawasaki motorcycle franchise.

 1965-1973) – Teacher of English and Coach – Atlanta Public Schools.  Taught English and History grades 8 through 12. 

 1960-1965 – Police Patrolman – Atlanta Police Department – Badge number 1275 – This position was taken to support my family during the completion of my education at GSU.  During this time, I was part of an elite motorcycle group assigned to work closely with the Mayor’s Office during the racial unrest of the middle 1960s.

 US Army – Active Duty from 1956 to 1957 under the terms of the Reserve Forces Act of 1955.  I served 6 months on active duty and 5 ½ years in the active reserves.  Honorably discharged in 1962.  Service number ER14619890.

 ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND CERTIFICATIONS – Georgia Teaching Certificates in English, English to speakers of other languages (ESOL), qualify for provisional certificates to teach German and Spanish.  Certification as a Records Manager by the Institute of Certified Records Managers (ICRM), Prairie Village, KS.  Certified by the Stuart Adkins Institute as an Instructor in Life Orientations.  Certified PADI Dive Master.  Holder of a Class A Commercial Drivers License with a clean record.
