Human Resources

Every function involves the people who are the Human Resources of he organization.  How people react to the workplace and the perception of where they "fit" in the organization has a major impact on their contribution.  People act based on their beliefs, information and instructions.  Creating an environment where the relevant information and instructions are available to the worker in an atmosphere of community and fairness is essential to the well being of the organization.

"The Four Laws of Productivity" was written to address worker productivity.  Its discussion of the personal preferences refers to foundations that lead to beliefs and actions.  Corporate Renewal also presents Seminars on Life Orientations that will help workers and managers alike identify behavior preferences that can affect their work.  Though there are no "right or wrong"  preferences, understanding the work style of individuals can aid both the worker and management in aligning the information and instructions to maximize the contribution of both.

For information about the Seminars titled "Life Orientations" (aka LIFO) go to the section on Seminars.  For information about the seminars co-presenter, David Bynum, click on his name.  For information about the experience of Richard Johnson with respect to Human Resources, you may review his resume by clicking on his name or you may review his writings under Books and Articles.  For information about our Associates  Dr. Stan Sloan or Jim Hunt, you may click on their name or go to the section on Resumes.
